thanks for joining us this afternoon. i'm vince vitrano. if you're just joining us-- here's a look at your top stories a federal judge says brendan dassey must be out of prison by friday night but the state continues to try and halt his release. the judge ruled this morning against the state attorney general's request that dassey remain at the columbia correctional institution. the judge says dassey must be out of this facility by 8 pm friday. the a-g will now appeal to the federal appellate court in chicago. dollars is being offered for information leading to the arrest of two people... who set fire to a bank during the recent violence in sherman park. police say they broke into the bmo harris bank at 36th and fond du lac. state superintendent tony evers is seeking 707-million dollars more for wisconsin schools.evers made the request yesterday in his 13-point-6 bullion dollar budget proposal. his budget calls for a two-point-seven percent spending increase for the first year and five-point-four

oklahoma police say a manhunt is over after a deadly shooting at a busy airport that stranded passengers for hours. today...the search for a motive is gutierrez has the latest. this morning.. police say the gunman who plunged oklahoma city's airport into chaos is dead.he was found in his pickup truck in the airport garage apparently with a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head."its too early in the investigation to figure out the exact motive, although the crime does appear to be pre-"a victim has been shot on the sidewalk outside the southwest ticket counter..."racing to the scene tuesday afternoon, police found 52-year old

family from a burning apartment.christine insinga spoke to her about what happened. "i saw smoke all around - in our bedroom."diana loveras says it was about 6:30 yesterday morning when she ran into her mother's bedroom to wake her up. their valley stream apartment was on fire. "i told her 'mom i really don't feel very well. i can't really breathe.' she saw the entire house filled with smoke and she told us to soon as possible. i was feeling a little scared." "diana- her mother and two younger siblings raced out of the burning apartment here on east hawthorne aveneu. the ten-year-old says her mother doesn't speak english very well so she called 911 herself."
