the lake mills police department is asking for your help finding a runaway teen. 16-year-old kendall humphries -- seen here -- has been missing since november 1st. anyone with information should call the lake mills police department. an 18-year-old who allegedly fled from officers and caused a deadly car accident could soon face charges. milwaukee police recently gave the case to the district attorney -- the young woman crashed her car at 27th and capitol saturday night -- injuring fi year-old man. the family of that man says they want to know why the driver fled from officers -- when they were pulling her over for a simple violation. police say they were pulling her over for improper display of license plates. the university of wisconsin says it is experiencing an uptick in complaints from students over hate and prejudice.the problem hitting the stevens point campus particularly hard.the incidents range from graffiti... to more dangerous
