breaking news now.. a man is dead and at least 9 people are hurt after a shooting on bourbon street in new orleans, louisiana. police haven't released any further details. we'll bring you more updates as they come in. that shooting comes after a gunman opened fire at a busy intersection in new orleans.. injuring four people friday night.authorities say one woman and three men were shot. all were taken to a hospital. there were numerous shell casings on the street. police placed more than 60 evidence markers in the area. no word on the victims' condition. no arrests have been made. a crash in mukwonago shuts down a road for hours.. and

responder says the medical examiner was called.. and a female relative of one of the victims says it was a head-on crash between a truck and sedan. that woman says her boyfriend was a passenger in the truck along with two other relatives. she was told the sedan driving towards them was missing a headlight.. and that's when the crash happened. {59:0} "it's just a mess there's engine parts from the truck laying halfway down the road. i mean the whole front end of the truck is demolished. i couldn't really tell the, we're also learning more about a crash in caledonia that killed a father and daughter and left a six year old girl injured.it happened friday night at four mile and old farm road. police say 39-year- old kevin dalley was turning into his subdivision when his car was hit by a truck. the 25- year-old driver of the truck

brothers, my mom and dad. castro died late friday night.. no cause has been given. he was 90. president-elect donald trump is reacting to the presidential recount in wisconsin. trump called it a scam and accused jill stein.. who is leading the recount.. of trying to reel-in donations that she won't actually spend on a recount. hillary clinton's campaign says it is joining the recount efforts in wisconsin and other key states. however an attorney for the clinton camp says the campaign won't contest the results. but.. it wants to help ensure the recall is fair. milwaukee county sheriff david clarke is scheduled to meet with donald trump in new york tomorrow. a trump spokesperson says clarke is being considered for a number of positions, including secretary of homeland security. we asked the sheriff about the meeting,

a 9 year old boy diagnosed with autism who went missing on thanksgiving has been found dead.police say marcus mcghee's body was found in a pond in texas. mcghee is the nephew of former n-b-a player marcus camby. police say the boy's family is thankful for the community's help to try and find him... despite the "overnight, we met with the family. the family has been very appreciative of all our efforts. they just can't say enough good things about this community. how everybody came together to help find their son. we just didn't want him this way."police say mcghee was reported missing thursday afternoon during the family's thanksgiving celebration on camby's property. a police procession was held for a detroit police officer

officer collin rose was escorted from the gift of life surgical center in ann arbor to a funeral home in detroit. the wayne state university police officer died after he was shot in the head tuesday while trying to make an arrest. people in north dakota show their support for law enforcement officers working the pipeline protests.people are protesting the pipeline that would run under the missouri river.. leaving the water source at risk of being contaminated. orgars march for law enforcement involved in the protests. three dogs are sound asleep with family this morning after being rescued from a house fire. firefighters pulled the lifeless dogs from a home and gave them oxygen. the dogs were treated for smoke inhalation and we're told - they're doing well. no one was home at the time of the fire. investigators are working to

promising to repeal and replace obamacare since the affordable care act was passed in 2009. it is one of the top items on president-elect donald trump's to-do list. but it won't be easy - especially with 23 million americans depending on the aca now for health coverage. (sot: robert laszewski, hpsa president)"the bottom line here is the trump administration owns obamacare for the next two years. they're going to have to implement it pretty much as it is because the kind of replacement plan they're talking about it so significantly different, you can't out of this." speaker paul ryan has a "better way plan".. offers one replacement roadmap... (nats)"our plan gives you more control..." it includes republican proposals, endorsed by president elect donald trump, like tax credits, health savings accounts and allowing insurance to be sold across state lines to increase competition.(sot: dr. david friend, bdo center for healthcare excellence and innovation)"they have stressed that they want freedom of choice. so as you know the plans have been very structured as to what they offer and not, there's a desire to change that to
