a truck iver cld counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle" f a weekend crash that left a father and his 9- year-old daughter dead.it happened saturday night -- at 4 mile and old farm roads in cal-edonia. police say 39- year-old kevin dalley was turning into his subdivision when his car was hit by a pick-up truck. dalley and his daughter -- emily -- were both killed. his six-year-old daughter rosa-lee survived the crash. in a statement -- the dalley
