10:45 pm last night. the counting continued until midnight. the county clerk said yesterday afternoon that workers were sorting through ballots before they could count them. for instance: they had to look at all absentee voting envelopes and match the total number to a log of absentee votes. but preparations like that stretched on into the night. the wisconsin elections says - starting today - it will try to gather and release daily recount data from all of wi showing any tally changes for voting wards. the agency will get an explanation from local officials for any cases in which 10 or moves are changed in a given, reporting unit. remember: trump's victory here was by about 22-thousand votes. here in waukesha county ... the the clerk says workers will be back at 8 am to get an early start on continuing the recount process. live...pz...

wisconsin's votes have to be certified by december 13th.the electoral college meets and sends the votes to congress on december 19th.congress counts those votes on january 6th. michigan was supposed to start ?its? recount today. but the trump campaign filed an objection. that will delay the start of michigan's recount until next week.?pennsylvania? has a hearing on monday on stein's request for a recount ?there.? assembly speaker robin vos just named two republs writing committee. represenative mark born of beaver dam and mike rohr-kaste of neenah they will join other republicans on the joint finance committee.it is the lawmakers first such happening right now: a procession-- for former cuban leader fidel castro. this is video-- we just got into the newsroom of castro's ashes being slowly driven through one city. an outpouring of grief and emotion as the casket carrying castro's remains began the second leg of a journey across

prison for his involvment with death of little laylah petersen .barrett was one of two men who opened fire on the five year old's house back in november of 2014. laylah was sitting on her grand-pa's lap when she was shot and killed. milwaukee police say the men wanted revenge for a murder and mistakenly shot at the wrong house. some of wisconsin's most rural and rustic areas-- could get a broadband ?boost soon. governor scott walker is making a broadband internet to rural parts of the state. the governor says he's held 70 plus public listening sessions-- and thousands of people have the same complaint-- they need better service. he's asking lawmakers to pass a 35-million dollar proposal to make it the chancellor of u-w- madison .. as well as her counterpart at u-w-m ... say they do ?not have the authority to declare a 'sanctuary campus' for students who came to the country illegally as minors. uw-madison's student
