now at 10:00 tonight. the calm before the snow. the city of milwaukee getting a head start on the first major winter storm of the season. luckily for us, our first snowfall of the season will arrive on a we'll tell you about the cities plans. >> livl meteorologist where this snowstorm is on the way. >> i hope this pattern isn't continuing on for the rest of the winter season. we had a first small snow last sunday where we picked up a couple of inches. the cold air is here. it will not be heavy wet snow, it will be powdery snow. snow starts to push in with a
