wearing an ice uniform. >> developing in northern virginia this morning, police are trying to track down a man accused of inappropriately touching a girl at arlington national cemetery. happened on memorial day while president trump was laying a wreath at the tomb of the unknown soldier. police say the suspect and the girl did not know each other. if you recognize the man in the picture you just saw, you're asked to call police. >> developing in the district a cab driver is that behind bars accused of sexually assaulting a female passenger over the memorial day weekend. she says she got into the cab along u street early sunday morning and the woman admits she had been drinking and blacked out. she says she woke up and the cab driver was assaulting herm she managed to fight him off and then opened the window and d a passerby heard her along 16th street and called police. officers pulled over the cab and arrestd that driver. the driver is due in court today. >> 4:35 on this thursday morning. gary mcgrady t-weather improving. >> yeah, friday eve, right. >> uh-huh. >> it was for the bad yesterday but we did have those big thunderstorms i t

event since 2007. next up, new body cam footage of the orlando nightclub shooting has been released. orlando police released it yesterday with over 11 hours of harrowing imma much from inside pulse nightclub. it shows the terrifying first moments as officers arrived on the scene trying to save the victims and find the shooter. june 12th will mark one year since the tragedy. next up, the office of veterans affairs could soon embrace medical marijuana. yesterday secretary david shelton speaking to reporters and said evidence and states where that medical marijuana is legal suggests it might be helpful in treating vets. currently va doctors are barred from prescribing it to patients but a measure passed last year allows them to discuss in it states where it is legal. and finally, a new animated twist on snow white and the seven dwarves being accused of body shaming.

airlines plane after a mental a ill passenger threatened to blow up the jet. the flight had taken off for australia and was about 10 minutes in the air when the passenger who had been discharged from a psychiatric hospital the day before made the threat and tried to get into the cockpit. other passengers tackled the man and tied him up. the plane turned around and landed safely. it was swept for explosives but nothing was found. >> a noose found at the national museum of african-american and culture yesterday. >> fox5's annie yu joins us live from northwest with the story. annie. >> reporter: hey, good morning to you, wisdom and maureen. well, park police tell us that this discovery was made yesterday afternoon around 1 o'clock and it happened right inside the national museum of african-american history and culture. and they say that it's likely the person responsible for this disturbing act was caught on surveillance inside the

we are still waiting to hear more about the images, possibly being released. we're told that as soon as the report was made, there was a large security presence inside the museum and the gallery was shut down for at least an hour. >> at one point while we were there, i saw a big ruckus with two security guards that were running through. >> oh, god. i -- no words. to be completely and brutally honest, i feel like that hate crimes are on the rise. >> reporter: now, this is the second incident involving a noose at a smithsonian museum in just days. another noose had been found friday on the grounds of the hirshorn museum and david squarton secretary of the smithsonian said we will continue couldn't to
