as winter weather makes its way to hampton roads - homeless youth in our area become even more vulnerable. some may have nothing but the clothes on their backs. (see-ton) seton youth shelters has two locations in virginia beach. the executive director tells us they want to spread the word that older children and teens can use seton as a resource. c1 17:57:46 - there are many threats to their safety. physical and emotional safety out there. and when the weather temperature drops, and it's cold outside, it just really magnifies all those issues. :57 seton serves youth from ages 9 to 17. there are several other shelters in the community the homeless can turn to. we have that information posted on wavy-dot-com. half a dozen states are under a state of emergency, including virginia. governor terry mcauliffe says the commonwealth is ready for the storm. we're prepared, we've got
