if that played a role in this crash. the 12 missing marines who disappeared when two helicopters crashed off the coast of hawaii last week, have been declared dead. the coast guard searched the waters for 5 days after the accident. they found a small debris field and an empty life-raft. crews say they found the body of a missing tennessee boy. we told you about the search for 2- year-old noah chamberlin earlier this week. he disappeared from family members during a hike. 1:37 - 1:49 runs 12 s/sheriff john mehr/madison county sheriff's office "it's tough on law enforcement it's tough because you give your heart and soul, and we're human, too." the medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine how the boy died. the military says the water in chesapeake meets federal and state requirements. but we're working to learn when they'll start testing itit this after other tests results show high levels of pfc in the water at

fentress. pfc is part of a chemical mixture used by the navy to fight fires. the military has provided the 50 employees at fentress with drinking water. but the tests have several nearby residents worried. the city says it's helping the navy investigate, and the issue only affects well water -- not the city water system. a massive water main break shut down part of a busy highway in hampton last night. the break sent water and debris spilling all over mercury boulevard between cunningham drive and saville road. about a dozen businesses lost water, some even had to close early. a massive sink hole caused the break. crews worked late last night and into this morning to repair it. any residual water could create some slippery spots this morning, so be careful if you're driving in this area. check out this video of a
