CRUISING TO PRE-REVOLUTIONARY IRAN
I have enjoyed reading this book. It felt like an actress who remembered ALL the detailed script of her life, from childhood until her sixties ! (from 3 to 62 years of age to be exact). I particularly liked her description of the coffee-shops, clubs, and dancing places of Teheran throughout 1960s, i.e. all the "roundez vous" places that we (young Iranians of those days), liked to attend. However, I am surprised she has not been that accurate for events in recent years, e.g. meeting Renee Zellweger (perhaps ?) or which session of TV series 24 has she acted in? Still, the book is an excellent read and she deserves to be thanked for cruising us to the memorable days of pre-revolution Iran. So, Well Done Shohreh Aghdashlou, MAY THE FORCE BE WITH YOU!!!
