This Item came from very low budget home movie distributor Atlas Films which handled only one reel and 50 foot headline editions, To the best of my knowledge ALL of Atlas Films offerings were silent. I have never seen of or heard of an Atlas Film that had a soundtrack. This Tex Avery cartoon was banned after world war II and it is a part of our history. Please remember which part of history which gave rise to this film. I have more material that was considered in bad taste. I've seen this cartoon on Mr. Cartoon. It took me years to find a copy.
