Carnivale is an obscure animated film released in 1999 by Terraglyph Productions. It was directed by Deane Taylor, the art director for The Nightmare Before Christmas, and is about a group of children who discover a haunted amusement park. All versions of this film were lost media for an excessive period of time, which is why I'm uploading them here.
The English version was ripped by me from a Chinese/Taiwanese DVD of the film (known there as 惡童樂園). It also contains English and Chinese subtitles.
The French version was ripped by me from a French DVD of the film. The DVD also contains some extras (a behind-the-scenes and an interview with Deane Taylor, as well as some others that I couldn't rip).
The Spanish version was ripped by Raul Uribe from a Mexican DVD of the film (known there as La Feria De Nunca Jamás).
Also included are ISO rips of the English and French DVDs, as well as a scan I found of the cover art for a Mexican release of the film. I'll probably add some more scans when I have the chance.
Huge thanks to Toolnarrays on Reddit for making me aware of the film in the first place (through this Reddit thread), as well discovering the existence of the Chinese DVD. Without him, the English dub of this movie may have never seen the light of day.
Some additional information:
All the versions of this film here are pan-and-scanned (the left and the right are cut off) as well as tilt-and-scanned (the top and bottom are cut off) to a certain degree. The English and Spanish versions are significantly pan-and-scanned (they're cropped to 4:3), but are only slightly tilt-and-scanned. The French version, on the other hand, is less pan-and-scanned than the other versions (though it's still noticeably cropped), but is more tilt-and-scanned. The interview shows clips of the film at what seems to be its proper resolution, without any cropping. As of now, this uncropped version is probably still lost, if it was even meant to be widely released.
The English and Spanish version are really bad transfers with a lot of ghosting. They also seem to have a darker tint than the French version (though I'm not sure which is supposed to be the "proper" tint). The French version doesn't have any video issues that I've noticed, and seems to be a superior transfer. I've also noticed that the English audio might be slightly out of sync, though I can't confirm that it is. If any of you want to play around and make a better encode of the film, go right ahead.
The interview shows clips of an English dub that are different from the one on the Chinese DVD. It's probably just a different take or a placeholder dub or something, but it's possible there's an entire, separate English dub of the film that hasn't seen the light of day.

What a great find, and a wonderful watch. Its a shame that the only existing versions of this are the cropped DVD release, and not the original theatrical aspect ratio. I found the characters and world to be charming.
I also noticed that the delivery of character lines as shown in the Deane Taylor Interview video are very different from the the voices in the English Dub version. This leads me to believe that the "English Dub" in this DVD release may not actually be the original English audio, but actually a re-dubbing in English. Milly's voice is entirely different, but even the delivery on Jacks line's is different. Its pretty unusual in animation to redo all the voice lines after the final animation has been completed (since the animation has already been lip synced to the original English voice tracks).
If it was re-dubbed in English, this might also explain why the audio contrast levels between voices, soundtrack, and sound effects feels very unbalanced in the English Dub, and much cleaner in the French and Spanish dubs.
