: A 12- minute film depicting the processing of hops and their shipment to market. The film focuses on the operations of the Emil Clemens Horst hops ranch, including one in the Campus Commons area of Sacramento, California. The first segment of the film shows the hop separator in operation at the Campus Commons ranch. The second segment includes scenes from hop fields in California and Oregon. The final segment captures the weighing and transportation of bales of hops by the Oregon Railway and Navigation Company near Portland, Oregon.
