Interview of Neshtey Crudup conducted as part of a documentary entitled, "Against All Odds, In My Own Words", which tells the story of Crudup's experiences as one of the first women, and the first female African American journey-level electrician to join the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 11 based in Los Angeles, California.
