Notes
Notes: In regards to the audience patch on Forget Me Not. I ran two recordings, one a straight patch from the SBD, the second, an audience from the table we were sitting at. The SBD came out great, and is the basis for the recording here. The audience came out horrible.
However, there is a segment on the audience tape, where my sister Becky Lane, was bitching really loudly about the way she was treated by a bouncer after leaving the venue, and coming back in. Our entire party left after set one, due to the fact that Happy Trails was a complete mob, there were cops everywhere outside, and you couldn't move inside. The only reason that I used the aud patch source for Forget Me Not, was because the band thought that it was a total hoot the way she ended up on the recording the way she did, with the
band kicking into Forget Me Not right where they did, and I felt it was necessary to leave it in there, because we listened to it over and over again and laughed so much at the time. It was a typical miserable night at Happy Trails, but God Bless Louie Carollo for the amazing
introduction. Drink till you die indeed. We got out of there in one peice, thankfully, before we died.
Enjoy what's here.
