To my ears, this is the best sounding recording of this show on the archive. Unfortunately, there's some asshole having a conversation right by the taper, and the Akira recording starts after the segue from the DJ.

Subject: I was there!

I was lucky enough to make it to this show in Philly. It was my first of many Bisco experiences and was absolutely mind blowing. I remember them throwing cake at midnight... Make for a slick frosted slanted floor at the TLA. Unforgettable show. I can't wait to hear it again after 8 years!

Subject: help!!

i am having trouble getting this file and a few other shn. shows to decompress on my mac. i dont seem to have any trouble with flac files and some shn. files do okay. but when i dowload this show it will download it, but when it decompresses, it will just freeze and will decompress the file for ever if i let it. sorry to use this review space but i just have got to hear this show!! some one please let me know if you are having same sort of issues, or maybe a suggestion, but it sounds like a 5 star show so ill go ahead and rate it>

Subject: Millenium baby

There is really not much that fits in the same universe of the Akira jam that the biscuits have done before. It is truly an original masterpiece, and just at a whole other level. As for the rest of the show, the sven>boop>ghali and Helix from this show are for sure a few of the better things they've played in their careers. Most stuff from October-December 99' were just masterful intense biscuits at its best. Shows like 10/2, 10/15, 10/22, 10/28, 10/29, 10/30, 12/4 and 12/30 all fit in this same category. These would most likely be 9 of the top 25 or 30 shows they've ever played, and they're all in the same time period.

fairly new to the biscuits I took turtles advice and checked out the akira jam amazing!!! and I consider myself to be somewhat of a music snob. Hey fans of the biscuits what are some jams out there that compare to akira, moshi moshi, and those of the sort. Just write a review and Ill check it in a while. Chill, Dooties the Kid
