Sound here is great. This is "The Perfume" show, where the band plays different versions of their own songs.

Jam > I-Man - Wow. Is this the same band from the night before? They come out and start into a really neat jam that sounds a little Fanfare for the Common Man from Magner, though it's slightly different. Barber is playing restrained here, which is nice. For a while, Brownstein lays on the bassline he plays in a lot of Ladies jams, and Magner busts out Gates of Hell. Overall I really enjoy the jam into I-Man. I-Man is played in a "techno" style. The first jam in I-Man never really leaves the progression of I-Man. The 2nd I-Man jam is pretty long and it's certainly fun, but it never really gets anywhere too interesting. It's a fairly generic trance jam overall. The 3rd jam is about the same. Again, it's enjoyable, but fairly generic, though this one turns very happy major key near the end of it, which is nice. The final jam doesn't really leave the confines of I-Man enough once again, but it's a nice, light little jam.

Wet - Played straightforward, but reworked a bit. Nothing amazing here.

Dub Dribble > Pilin' it High(er) - The first jam in Dribble is predictably a dub jam, but a pretty neat one which I quite enjoy. The 2nd Dribble jam is fantastic. Magner uses a square wave patch and it's very happy joyful Biscuits Blissco. It sounds a lot like they're going towards Voices for a long while but then finally start going to Pilin' It Higher, which is played in a breakbeat style. The jam here goes nowhere.

Sound One - Honky-tonk style. This is fun.

WaWa (7-11) > Shimmy (rock) - Techno 7-11. This is awesome. I wish they'd do WaWa every once in a while. The jam out of 7-11 is neat. Fairly generic trance, as in I-Man, but it will have you dancing. The jam slows down as it gets closer to Shimmy and the Shimmy is done in a "hard rock" style, which is laughable for the Biscuits. It doesn't get too cringe-worthy, though, so don't worry.

SJSS - "Dub" style. The jam here is pretty boring and doesn't really go anywhere for me.

Spaga - "Creepy Carnival Style" Spaga. How could they do this to Spaga? Seriously. It's borderline infuriating. Not a fan of this at all. The jam here is rather short, but it's not terrible. About average.

Robots - "Jazz" style. This is kinda cool, I'll admit. No first jam in Robots, the 2nd jam is very good, but nothing incredible.

It's hard to say what to give this show. The intro jam, Robots (2nd) and the Dribble jam(s) are pretty good, but only the 2nd Dribble jam is really great. I'll give this 3 stars just for creativity and cool concept from a band I love. It's only really worth listening to once just to hear the different versions of songs, but beyond that, you'll probably never need to listen to it again.

What about the Wah Wah, Shimmy, and Spaga?? The Dribble was certainly not the only good part of the show. Even the Wet sounded good. This show is a MUST and is probably one of their HOTTEST shows. Keep in mind it was in Trenton,NJ so not only did it rage but it was hardcore motherfucker haha. Get this show ASAP!!

Take the dub Dribble out of this and the show becomes significantly less significant. Nice novelty show and cool that they pulled some of the shit off, but why would I listen to this when I can listen to just about anything else by the Biscuits? Good sound on the recording, but nothing too life altering here. Minus the Dribble, of course.

second set. i don't know what they did but download it now and smoke before you hear it. this IS the second best thing the biscuits have ever done, 10/28/99 being the best.

This one's in my top 10 for sure. If you don't know bout "the Perfume" you better get this show NOW.

You got like a 15 minute buildup into I-Man...you know its coming, but they keep laving you hag. Get this. It rages.

I never wrote a review on here before but I have to for this show because its proly the most awesome show I ever been to. I was about two feet from brownie the entire show, I had so much fun and I remember it being hot as hell in there. If you want to here sick ass jams get this show!!!!

I'm pretty sure that this I-Man is the best thing I've heard these guys do. This show is great, but the I-Man really sticks out as one of the best jams I've ever heard. Honestly. This is the show to get from these guys.

Ahhh...the perfume. What a smell, what a show. I had no clue what I was getting into as I entered this show. I didn't know why they were playing under a cover-up name. I guess I figured they didn't want too many people to know about it, due to the small venue. I traveled to Trenton with no ticket. They were completely sold out the moment the doors opened. So, how did I get in? The back of the venue had a door, and right outside of it was a ledge with all the bands equipment storage boxes. Brownstein showed up out there, and told us the door was unlocked if we wanted to walk in the back. Normally, I'm not the kind of person that would do this, but I just knew something epic would happen if I didn't. So me, my boy, and my dad climbed up on the ledge and walked in. Easy as pie. Sorry Conduit. Sorry Biscuits. I believe I have payed you back over the last 5 years with the amount I give back to them and their fans. Anyways, the show was just unexplainable. I-Man, Dub-dribble, pilin' it higher, jazz-robots, the list goes on and on. Get it! Plus, Rich Steele is a master-mind, and makes every show he re-masters a masterpiece. Sorry I rambled.
