Subject: My first show!
This was my first Biscuits show. I went with some of my best friends, and the experience changed my life!
Unfortunately, one of those friends recently passed away. It was his first show as well. We rocked this archive recording countless times.
So if anyone can hook it up with a ticket stub or poster, I'll pay (as well as be eternally grateful)

First time hearing this show. The second set is HEAVEN. You really get to experience just how patient they can be when it comes to building a jam. The Berstein>Rainbow is beautiful. Then all throughout spacebird>orch>spacebird is an unbelievable build that keeps you on the verge of climax leading to the explosion during the end of spacebird>Bernstein. Well played guys.

*this whole show is good but the B&C sandwich is that bisco that's "just on point"
== to me this is the perfect bisco, very laidback but at the sametime really onpoint and focused with the jams not rushed but not dragged out to a 26 minute IMAN thats just UNTZ beats for the last 15 minutes of the song.
-also the gangster is pretty good

the best show ive ever seen by anyone hands down... ive seen the biscuits like 20 times since this weekend run and this night still takes the cake, why couldnt they play like this in 08 at starland instead of that gay ass pi jam... and i agree with the one guy about the recording over sbd because obviously its clearer in sbd but anyone that wasnt there could never understand how intense the crowd was without hearing the recording and its a damn good recording so why even get the sbd

this is one of the only audience copies i've ever heard, buiscuits or otherwise, that i prefer over the soundboard copy. the sound quality not only captures the intensity of the show but the feeling in the crowd to make it a very special recording. bravo mr. hulbert

Audience taping was not allowed on Thursday night. I doubt you'll see the soundboard until after the new album comes out, if at all.

anyone notice that weird funky scent during the noise jam? then the mayhem of people running into each other the ENTIRE first set? This show was some kind of social science experiment, the scope of which remains unknown, probably for a long time. I can say that it is definately NOT the government testing some new kind of aerosol-based confusion serum on unwitting Bisco fans. The show rocked. rocked my face.

This show completely converted me into a lover of bisco's brand of trance...I used to be so so on it, favoring thier more jammy styles (a la 99-01) but this has converted me to the trancier side of life. (well, i still love both styles but i think this show is what they always aim for but cant quite achieve on a regular basis)
Even if some disagree about this shows deserving of the "best of 2.0 title" i just cant see how you could give it less than 5 stars let alone only 2 or 3. Ive heard all those other real talked up sick shows and this one is still my favorite all-around....we should take a vote.

Subject: Very solid show, but there is some ignorance being displayed here
This show is pretty darned tight, but to say it is best 2.0 is just silly. Both '06 Asbury shows feature better setlists, playing and highlights.
Then there is also 12/30/06, 11/25/06 and of course NYE.
The first sets' featuring of morph, buddah and abyss is certainly Wu-Tang Bisco.
I don't have any complaints about this show, I just see all the kneejerk reactions and want to put it in perspective: Get it if you can, but if you are looking for something more indicative of Bisco greatness, take it back to '01.

Obviously it is unfortunate that the show cannot be released due to what the Zappa family wants and doesn't want done with their songs, but the truth is..they do do things and they have been out on tour recently playing Zappa plays Zappa. Their livlihood depends on playing those songs. So be thankful that the biscuits are able to play that song in the first place. Be thankful that Frank wrote such incredible music that some bands actually want to imitate it...

the Zappa family should be GRATEFUL that a much-loved band is keeping Frank's music alive and exposing it to young listeners! it is not "in bad taste" whatsoever! unless of course they played nothing BUT pygmie twilyte for an entire show...
the Zappa's should maybe go out and get a job, like everybody else has to!
looks like i will never again purchase a NEW Zappa cd, i refuse to put money in their pockets!
oh yeah-- this show sounds absolutely fantastic!

second set is what's important here... starts with a rediculous mulberry's and then starts this epic journey until the final notes of B&C
This was the best concert I've ever seen live.

I have to say that second set is absolutly top notch. Thats really unfortunate about Pygmy Twylyte if thats the case. That song will be a rarity if that is the case. Overall though what has really impressed me as of late is The Great Abyss. This song has just seemed to been played very smoothly the last couple times Ive heard it. But overall from top to bottom just a great show.

Subject: 2/15 among other things.
for several reasons, it is highly unlikely 2/15 will ever be released. for one, tapers were not allowed in the venue that night. but the reason the sbd's may never see the light of day is that on top of playing four new songs that night, they also covered frank zappa's pygmy twylyte for the first time in years. due to requests from his family, it is in bad taste to sell that show.
as for these aud's, this run produced great sounding recordings. i'm very excited to listen to this particular show on good headphones, but the first set live was easily the best of the weekend, and maybe in my top 3 allen sets so far.
it got me very excited for what this band is bringing in the next year.
and i disagree that these recordings are better than the livedownload's sbds, but they are top notch in comparison to recent auds.
