26-            كل اكونت له صلاحيات تتيح له عمل المهام المختلفة فى البرنامج  و تمنعه من عمل الاخرى.

27-            يمكن حجب مهام معينة و تقارير خاصة عن الموظفين عن طريق تحديد الصلاحيات لكل اكونت .

28-            المهام الحساسة او التى تتعلق بالخصوصية (الارباح مثلا) تكون صلاحياتها ملونة باللون الاحمر فى لوحة الصلاحيات عند انشاء اكونت الموظف و ينصح بحجبها عنه.
