Discusses the nutrition of the All American Meal such as hamburgers, fries, and soft drinks. Discusses the problems of the quick meal which are the loss of variety in the diet and leisurely companionship at the dinner table. Explains that good nutrition demands an understanding of all of our body's needs and a real concern for good health.
