Your rom for paperboy shouldn't be here. Final Burn Neo doesn't support it. Believe me I checked.

Subject: NEO GEO in AES mode?
Hi,
thanks for your awesome work!
Would you happen to know if this rom set allows to play Neo Geo games in AES modes (as described in this old how-to for FBAlpha https://forums.libretro.com/t/how-to-run-neo-geo-in-aes-mode-fbalpha-libretro/8693 ) ?
Thanks

Some games depend on the BIOS and parents ROMs in order to work, the full merged non set make each ROM zip file contain all files needed, so each game works independently, it's a better option for the people that want just a couple of specific games or that uses frontends that have troubles to locate the ROMs dependencies, the major drown back it's that requires more storage space.
If you plan just use the full set through standalone emulator, the split set (default) it's a better option storage wise, you can learn about it here: https://retropie.org.uk/docs/Validating%2C-Rebuilding%2C-and-Filtering-ROM-Collections/#crash-course-in-arcade-rom-terminology
@FENG28
I deleted the torrent because it was broken, and to enforce the archive.org to generate a new one, it seems to be fixed now.
@byondo79
If you're using retroarch, you better follow this archive: https://archive.org/details/2020_01_06_fbn
The fbneo libretro core it's a rolling release, so it's very often sync with upstream code, I update that archive once a month, also I've posted there how to import roms to retroarch list and how to fix the majority of previews.
@Kakatoes
Killer Instinct games require the HDD image files that are located in the support pack, but beware those games has broken emulation, and it's tagged as non-working.
If you're using the non-merged set, the bios files are missing since those already stored inside the ROMs that need it, to make each zip file the most standalone as possible.
@ZzackK
Due FBNeo folder structure, samples belong to the support pack ;)
@WhoAMIII
You're right, the arcade preview and titles were missing, just add them back, thanks for the feedback!

The DATs on GH are more current (1.0.0.3), is there a DAT for the Arcade Full Non Merged?
Edit* I figured out how to go back in time on GH to find the lone 1.0.0.02 DAT they produced

What's the difference between the "rom set" and the BONUS "Arcade (Full Non-Merged)"? Are both sets "full non-merged", and does the arcade set contain less games than the rom set?

@ChadMaster, this seems to be exactly want everyone is looking for. It would be cool to have a torrent link, are you thinking about adding it?

Outstanding and complete romset. It works like a breeze with Retroarch/libretro on a 64bit Android tablet!
I'm a noob, so I don't know if there's any better way: downloaded the non-merged archive and the "support" one (I did it for the thumbnails but it seems RA download them automagically). Then, I d/l the "fbneo arcade games" .dat file and added the playlist with "manual scan mode" in RA. Thus I found every rom listed with its complete title with boxart and/or preview thumbnail (downloaded by RA). Maybe I could use the support archive to complete missing humbnails, though I don't know how to change file names (they have the .zip rom filename, while RA needs the complete playlist name synced with .dat file). Am I right? Do I have to do anything more? Thanks once more :)

The preview files for Arcade were not in the support pack I dl. I copied over the files and have no issues so far. I thought the preview files was not working, but it was just missing the arcade preview art.
The autofire buttons were just renamed, so it is a bit confusing they did that. It's all working so far.
Thanks for the upload and reply.
Alls good now :)

There are no files and the torrent just has the torrent it came with that basically sends you in circles repeating the process.
Do I just use the older FBN or this? Just curious???
