The City of Garden Grove is serious about dealing with homelessness. A recent ribbon cutting ceremony spotlighted the newly renovated Stuart Apartment building. It's part of the City's Comprehensive Strategic Plan to end homelessness. The remodeled building, adorned with a beautiful mural, is a source of pride for the residents and the community.
