The Rose River Memorial is an art display of felt roses lead by artist Marcos Lutyens and brought to Garden Grove by the OC Autism Foundation and the Christ Cathedral. Each rose represents a person who lost their life to the COVID-19 Virus. One of the people represented with a rose is Garden Grove Police Lieutenant John Reynolds.
