The "gratitude" mural on the side of the Hilliard Civic and Cultural Arts Center was officially dedicated Sunday in a special ceremony.
Local artist Jeremy Jarvis of Jarvis Art Studio Inc. started on the project last fall and wrapped things up at the end of 2021. It's part of an ongoing effort by the Hilliard Public Arts Commission to beautify our City. 🌻
