It's a question we've received a lot lately regarding Issue 22 and the proposed new Community Center. Residents want to know how their tax dollars will be affected.
Remember, this would be a 0.5% increase on Hilliard INCOME taxes, which impacts the people who WORK in the City, not necessarily LIVE here.
Approximately, three-fourths of Hilliard residents will not pay additional taxes if Issue 22 passes in November. City services are largely funded by nonresidents who work in Hilliard.
