There is no credible evidence to support the claim that is Himmler speaking, only the good faith of the IMT.
The fact the rules of evidence were suspended so that hearsay and lies could be admitted as 'factual evidence' calls this clip into question.
Not only that, there is nowhere online that the entire three-hour speech is available for auditing. Only two, short clips that are being used to support a particular viewpoint.
Obvious misrepresentation going on here.
