حواديت الخضروات (roman: hwadit alkhdruat) is the Arabic dub of VeggieTales.
The series was initially dubbed twice in Cairo, Egypt at Arascope Film Company, separately for two rows of episodes. For the first dub that was produced in 1998, most episodes up to Josh and the Big Wall! were dubbed at the time except Are You My Neighbor? (which was not dubbed, possibly to avoid the likely controversy from the episode's lesson) and Very Silly Songs!. A second dub was produced in 2005 for episodes ranging from Madame Blueberry to The Ballad of Little Joe (with the exception of The End of Silliness?, The Ultimate Silly Song Countdown, Jonah Sing-Along Songs and More!, The Star of Christmas, and The Wonderful World of Auto-Tainment!).
Credit to RawCawCaw26 (BigVeggieKing9000), who retrieved all the DVDs for the first two dubs and provided ISOs of them for your enjoyment!
The first dub in this collection is a reprinted version of the original (making this the only VeggieTales dub whose first dub gets a re-release) and contains two different Arabic languages (Colloquial Egyptian and Traditional Arabic). This version uses the 1998 VeggieTales intro (with edited montage) for the reprinted first dub, compared to the original releases from 1998 that use the 1994 theme song.
The DVDs for the first and second dubs (reprinted versions for the first dub in this case) were also distributed on DVD in North America.
This set of ISOs uses the North American releases, which were converted to NTSC format (poorly, though). Please note that the Colloquial Egyptian dubs of Dave and the Giant Pickle and Josh and the Big Wall! are corrupted, which is why ripped MP4 files have been provided in a .ZIP folder called "VT Arabic - corrupted DVD titles" (Dave and the Giant Pickle is cut off in the middle, but Josh and the Big Wall! however is complete).
Aside from being corrupted, Dave and the Giant Pickle also had several scenes cut in this reprinting (in both the Colloquial Egyptian and Traditional Arabic dubs). The original Colloquial Egyptian dub from 1998 has the episode in full. Every episode in the first dub from their original 1998 releases, especially Dave and the Giant Pickle, can be found here if you do like that sort of stuff:
