No TOC. This book consists of multiple Appeals bound together in one book. Page numbering is irregular. There are pencil markings throughout. The book consists of hand typed carbon copy onion skin pages. The print is of poor quality and is faded and washed out. Some text is bound into the gutter. Much of the print runs off the extreme right edge or bottom of the page. Some text was typed crooked onto the page.
