TABLE OF CONTENTS - SUMMARIES
Extended summaries (PDF) can be read or downloaded from the “Download Options” to the right.
Many volunteers have listened to Explorer audio tapes and provided summaries for the archives. The length and format of each of these reports varies, depending on the reporter.
IMEC-04 Mankind must stand on its own (Short Summary)
The friends discuss how Earth energies and the belief systems of mankind limit the release of the higher consciousness. The source of most fear is the unexpected unknown. Their point is the fast track to knowledge is to become comfortable with the unknown. Do not expect a phenomenon to repeat itself.
IMEC-05 Awareness is fleeting in the mental body (Short Summary)
Friends discuss the progression of the instinctual energy from one generation to the next. This is a progression of energy from the mental to the physical body to the emotional which produces the potential energy that flows back to the mental body
IMEC-06 The continuation of consciousness (Short Summary)
Friends discuss Earth energies and how human consciousness grows through being aware of the dream of physical reality. What were humans like in their original existence on Earth?
IMEC-07 The three energy bodies (Short Summary)
The discussion of the three energy bodies. The mental body, the physical body and the emotional body.
IMEC-08 Way of the world (Short Summary)
The friends hit close to home taking a hard look at why we are stuck in our self-limiting world. Hunger, injustice and God are a few of the topics they attempt to explain.
IMEC-09 Reality is where the focus is (Short Summary)
Friends discuss how reality is created and how our choices form our own reality.
IMEC-10 Mental fasting (Short Summary)
It is important not to get the channel working on thought proving subjects prior to a session. Mental Fasting: Clearing memories and other thoughts prior to the channeling.
IMEC-11 Projections and their effect on the three bodies (Short Summary)
The Friends discuss the three bodies; the physical, the mental and the emotional.
IMEC-12 The life of a projection (Short Summary)
This tape is about how a projection is made and why it effects our lives. Wherever there is attachment there is projection.
IMEC-13 What happens to our energy when we die? (Short Summary)
The Friends discuss the energy bodies during the point of transition of death and the time shortly after. A consciousness which is not focused will be dispersed into aspective components and its energy will combine with like energies. Someone who is aware and can maintain focus can direct their energy. Friends answer questions about transitioning.
IMEC-14 What you think is what you make real (Short Summary)
Through beliefs and thoughts you make your reality. If you wish a healthy body, you cannot think you are sick.
IMEC-15 1, 2, 3, 4 creation (Short Summary)
The concepts of male and female are used as examples of the opposite energies that have joined to create, manifest a continuance. We have a limited view of realities. Realities are constantly being created. The Friends see the whole of reality. When two energies are attracted to each other and make contact a result is produced.
IMEC-16 More on 1, 2, 3, 4 creation (Short Summary)
This is an example of how to take control of your projections on the physical plane. If you take this example and apply it to the smallest detail it will allow you to take control of your consciousness.
IMEC-17 Thought forms (Short Summary)
In order to understand other realities you have to understand your own. Each individual carries within themselves their own version of reality. You deal with nonphysical realities throughout your daily consciousness. Thoughts, realizations and ideas these are nonphysical realities
IMEC-18 Why can?t I experience alternate realities? (Short Summary)
The Friends answer the question about how to experience another reality. This tape is a good summary of material presented in previous sessions.
IMEC-19 Power of suggestion (Short Summary)
The Friends are concerned that the power of suggestion is being used in the wrong way. Their advice is that rather than the media glorifying negative behaviors such as fast and reckless drivers that they show the honor of good drivers.
IMEC-20 Normalized knowing (Short Summary)
Friends said yesterday that there were those on Earth that knew about the powers of suggestion, were they using their projections or suggestion?
IMEC-21 Projections are a reality (Short Summary)
The Friends help us to learn a new thought system. Release old understanding and learn a thought system where the power of thought and influences through projection are a predominate reality. What is the difference between a verbal thought form and the emotional thought form? The bulk of the secession is a summary and review of the relationships between the emotional, physical and mental body.
IMEC-22 How learning can go wrong (Short Summary)
During the learning process, a child may misinterpret a word and have feelings that are not associated correctly. This leads to inappropriate or unexpected reactions later in life. In addition, the subject may have autopilot actions where they are doing something without knowing why they are doing it. The frustration and loss of control then can lead to a physical manifestation such as illness. The solution to these situations is to become the observer and gain awareness of these actions then apply conscious and focused attention to modify thinking.
IMEC-23 Energies (Short Summary)
This session is a summation of previous material. The Friends discuss our misinterpretation of energy. We do not understand what energy is but rather understand its effect. Thoughts are a form of energy. There are additional assumptions made about energy. For example, like energy is attracted to itself. Energies of like matter combine to form more density.
IMEC-24 Two become one (Short Summary)
The metaphor of a coin is used as a representation of duality. The coin is described as being either heads or tails. Our thinking on some subjects is that a state must be one or the other. You do not have to choose. Rather, observe the third state of the coin sitting on its edge not being either heads or tails. Then, observe that both heads and tails exist on a coin. The coin existence in both states in harmony. The same is true for two sounds that produce a third sound. When one can apply the concepts of opposites and apply them in harmony then a new awareness is achieved.
IMEC-25 Two emotions- love and fear (Short Summary)
The Earth plane operates under the illusion of opposites. In order for the total union to take place even these; love and fear would have to become one. If the mind can conceive the past the present and the future and see them as the same thing, then one can focus and have that experience. If you can dismiss the where, when and how and also eliminate the emotion the total awareness can be Experienced.
