--Young Jim Carr opened the show
--during the closing notes of "Days Of Heaven", Jerry jokingly announces Martinez as "Eric Dimpker on the vocals", obviously impressed with his vocal work on the tune. One can hear Eric from the stage mics respond after the tune fully ends, "I'll take that as a high compliment...heh, I'll take that as a high fukkin' compliment."
