In the first four verses (verses 81 to 84) of the Kaph stanza of Psalm 119 we saw that the psalmist came under severe attack by persecutors. In the second half of the stanza (verses 85 to 88) we see the depth of that attack is answered by the psalmist sincerely crying out to God and tenaciously clinging to God's Word no matter what comes.
