The logbook of the bark William Schroder details a voyage from Zanzibar to Salem (May 1846 to Aug. 1846). Master was John M. Coffin; log keeper was William H. Jelly. It is a daily log that describes wind, weather, location, shipboard occupations, sightings of animals, and sightings of ships. Bound with the bark Cavalier, the schooner Rowena, and the bark Lucia Maria.
