Marshmello has dropped a new single from Joytime IV, the fourth installment of his long-running album series.
It's the masked DJ's third single from the album after last year’s future-trap track "BeFoRe U" and "Party Jumpin'," a collab with Jamie Brown that released in early 2023. Now, fans can sink their teeth into "Unity," which sees Mello dig deep into his electronic roots by way of a soaring, saccharine future bass drop.
It seems like a lifetime ago when Marshmello released the first Joytime, his debut album, which dropped back in 2016. The record was a breakthrough for the not-so-mysterious producer, who recently garnered his first Grammy Award nomination in the category of Best Dance/Electronic album for Shockwave.
Mello has not yet announced a release date for Joytime IV, which he's been teasing since as early as 2019.
