This is a list of the members of the Corps of Royal Canadian Electrical and Mechanical Engineers from the formation of the Corps in 1944 to 1 October 1946. It was intended to be Volume 1 of Colonel R.H. Hodgson’s History of RCEME to 1946, but is published today as a stand-alone document. The collection of the data was a monumental task, and is described in the document. NOTE: due to limitations in the contemporary documents on which this was based, there are known to be omissions. If your ancestor is not in the list, he might still have been a member of RCEME.
