Won't somebody think of the children!?
No one should complain about the availability of information. The government running as "for me, not thee" is not the foundation of a functioning democracy, although things have gone that way, some rights are luckily still unassailable, so I am delighted to see this on here.
I keep seeing nothing but fear of the information it contains, and how it should be classified. If you fear for what it might bring, just think about the fact that 31-201 and the information has been available for decades now, and nobody's peed in your Twinkies, yet.

I first found this book close to 20 years ago back in high school. It got me through many boring study halls. Now I can take it with me! Thanks again!

This can also be found in hard copy through some of the Internet booksellers, and at least one publisher reprinted it, as it is a copyright free government document.
TM 31-210 Improvised Munitions Handbook 1969 is an official Army TM that is widely available on the internet, mostly as a free download. Whoever saw the need for such a TM clearly threw caution to the wind, or, more impolitely, was a stupid idiot. It is way far to late to do anything about it, unfortunately.

This kind of information should not be available to the public. Please bear in mind that it can be read anywhere and by anyone with access to the internet ... from the homegrown terrorist to the intellectually curious schoolchild.

Collecting data for a book/report. I am retired military an was looking for books of official use. This book is some weird cook book of unwanted info.
