The boys were fine when they were left alone to do their thing. Unfortunately the 20th Century Fox writers weren't smart enough to recognize this, and result was one of the lesser Laurel and Hardy comedies. Even the title doesn't make sense. (There are no ghosts and nobody is haunted.) Nevertheless fans of the eternally hapless duo will want to see this one.
