I tried to install windows 3.1 but I was so dumb at the point I didn't even know I needed to install MS-DOS 6.22.

i was copying all files to one folder and then i clicked delete you got another floppy of 1st floppy

The two programs
what I found out, is that the .bat installs the support only for DOS, while the .exe is for Windows

If you can't use the setup, copy the
oakcdrom.sys to your system and edit the files:

autoexec.bat]
MSCDEX /D:MSCD001 /L:D
[
config.sys]
DEVICE=C:\DOS\OAKCDROM.SYS /D:MSCD001

Doesn't Work
You can't install it in DOS because it's a .exe so I tried to install it in Windows 3.0 / 3.1 and 3/11 and it doesn't work either.
