Over the past three decades, there’s been no one more dedicated to making North Richland Hills Parks & Recreation the best it can be than Managing Director of Community Services Vickie Loftice. With her leadership and guidance, the City of North Richland Hills has developed 800 acres of parkland, 30 miles of hike and bike trails, a state-of-the-art recreation center, award-winning golf course and tennis center, one of the best water parks in the nation, a public art collection and thousands of classes, programs and special events for NRH residents of all ages to enjoy. As she retires from the city, we pause to thank her for her many contributions to our community!
