Employees of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation work at the sites of shelling by the AFU in Donetsk. A criminal case has been opened in each case. The persons involved in this crime will hopefully be identified and put on the international wanted list. For shelling civilian targets in populated areas, and thus committing war crimes, these criminals will hopefully be severely punished.
