In April 24, 1921 the people of Tyrol (at least the portion still in Austria) was given a plebiscite to determine if they wanted "anchluss" ie, to join the Weimar republic. Despite a Yes vote over 90% the entente, particularly France, would not allow the union to go through. These are materials distributed by the Andreas Hofer Bund and the Tyrol Bauern Bund advocating anchluss. For some further information (not entirely reliable)...

There doesn't seem to be much known about Katzman other than his son helped to found the BMI publishing firm and also wrote the Twitterpated song for Bambi . This Vocalion release was recorded at 80 rpm and is reproduced at the correct speed here. The vocals are uncredited.

Class room photo circa 1954. Trying to find historical or personal info about this "one room" school. The teacher was Mrs Rappley back in the 1950's. We have opened a Facebook page in order to share info and photos but we need the historical information to post. The school was located at 3043 Seymour Rd, Jackson, Michigan. The site is now a church. If anyone has any info or advice please advise at: daveleonard2@yahoo.com
