This summer, several Pinellas County teachers had the opportunity to participate in the district's Teacher Externship program, spending the summer immersed in a career field that mirrors their teaching field.
Today, we follow Jalika Waugh, a teacher in the Criminal Justice Academy at Pinellas Park High School who spent the summer with the Pinellas County Sherriff's Office.
