Microwave and Optical Technology Letters is an active peer-reviewed scholarly journal published monthly in the United States by Wiley. Launched in 1988, it publishes the latest research findings and developments in high frequency technology.

Each issue publishes original short papers and letters on theoretical, applied, and system results in optical engineering, rf, microwave, antennas, millimeter and submillimeter-waves and infrared technology.
