The CDX radar was a Second World War Canadian-developed 10-centimetre band fire-control radar used for coast defence gunnery. It had its own displacement convertor, and was capable of determining fall-of-shot spotting data in both range and bearing. This report summarizes tests performed at Devil's Battery, Halifax, N.S. in April, 1943 on the prototype CDX equipment.
