The original recordings are part of the Senate audio record series held at the State Archives of North Carolina and contain the official audio records of the chamber's daily floor debates.
This recording covers the proceedings from the 1996 Short Session, Session Days 132-133, and originally resided on Dictaphone tape 11 for the session (part 3 of 6).
