DD Mau has two locations---Webster Groves and Maryland Heights (20 Allen Ave. Suite 120 Webster Groves, MO 63119; and 11982 Dorsett Rd. Maryland Heights, MO 63043)

Recipe for Shrimp Spring Rolls:
16oz of 31/40 shrimp
¼ cup minced garlic
¼ cup minced shallots
⅛ cup sesame oil
⅛ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup DD Mau House glaze
Veggies for Spring Rolls
½ cup shredded red cabbage
½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce
½ cup julienne cucumbers
*Will need 1 cup rice noodles and rice noodle sheets
