Emma Branderhorst directed and co-wrote the short film "Spotless" that focuses on period poverty and the experiences of women who cannot afford items such as tampons. The film follows a 15-year-old girl named Ruby who has a difficult life situation. "Spotless" will be playing at the St. Louis International Film Festival on November 8th at 4:25pm.
