Today’s guest is Sheriff Tom Hodgson. The Sheriff was originally appointed in 1997 by then Governor Bill Weld to fill a vacancy. He won election to the position the following year and since then Sheriff Hodgson has handily won each election. Prior to taking the Sheriff’s position, Hodgson was a New Bedford city councilor for 9 years. This is the second of a two part series.
