This is a PPC (Pixel Pipe Clip) spacer tool that will help you accurately space out the locking pin PPCs you have mounted to an EMT pipe for Christmas Lights. This was designed for 1/2" EMT pipe. This was designed to use a 3mm drill bit. The locking pin is 3mm in diameter and 1mm thick.
