Decent Content, slight problems
The book's content is pretty much your standard gathering of copycat recipes that are fun to try out, plus some historical tidbits of the items the author attempted to recreate, its a decent read to look at while not cooking and such though the quality of the book's capture was sloppy, a few pages are fuzzy not properly focused (by few I mean very few like 5/6 pages not a large portion of the book), pages 121 & 122 are just straight up missing (looking at again 118 & 119 seem to be duplicated on accident or maybe some sap capturing this was just lazy). You typically see something like in textbooks many hundreds of pages long though but this is a pretty small in length compared to what the archive has digitalized. Which is just lazy. Though this still beats having to go in person to borrow it :3.
