katie marzullo has rushed to scene at 7th and washington. are they still searching for a gunman? >> reporter: they are and they don't know if they are searching for one or more than one they have no information on the suspect. you can see to the crime scene, 300 block of north 7th street, the sergeant of the san jose police department confirmed moments ago two people were shot and killed around 4:20 this morning they got the call, reports of gunfire, when officers got on the scene they went into the home they believed to be involved an -- and found two bodies in the house, one man and one woman, dead at the scene they are not releasing anything else. again, back to the suspect search that is what is going on now. very little information about who might have pulled the trigger if there was more than one person because of that ed information the search is ongoing with much intensity, at this point. we'll continue to stay on the scene and bring more information as it becomes available. again, on a double homicide in the wee early morning hours here in san jose. katie marzullo, abc7
